For when your teams lack modern development practices, or the tools they built themselves have become hard to maintain. I build CI/CD pipelines, development libraries, and CLI tools, introduce workflows and automation, then coach your teams to maintain all of it themselves.
About me
I've been solving complex technical problems since 2008, starting at NATO. Today I architect platforms for growing retail organizations.
Besides delivering projects, I build development libraries, design systems, and CI/CD pipelines that teams adopt as their own. Your teams should be able to run them without me.
